At
It Again CD
This is my forth
solo CD and the best yet, I think. As the tag line
says it is "A new age, classical, fingerstyle, rock and roll
odyssey" because of the variety of musical styles on the CD. Most
of
the
songs are instrumentals with an emphasis on guitar but there are
four
songs I sing. The range of songs is all over the map and
that
was
almost the title of this CD. Besides guitar, I play piano,
synthesizer,
drums and percussion on a few cuts.
This CD was
recorded in my basement recording studio (in 2006) shortly
after I retired from high tech. For this CD I upgraded the sound
card
in my computer with a professional model which resulted in the
best
recording fidelity I have yet achieved. To best appreciate the
fidelity, I recommend you listen to this CD with headphones
as
that is how the songs were mixed (using headphones).
As with all of
my other CDs I played all of the instruments and sang
all of the vocals in addition to performing all of the (mundane)
tasks
necessary to produce the CD.
